Terms and Conditions of the Program

1. McDonald's App members will have the chance to obtain two tickets of the "《b.balance presents Music is Live｜<3 symbol of love｜MC x CONSTANCE x Gareth.T》" ("Event") on May 16 , 2026 ("Prize") (maximum 100 Prizes) by donating HK$90.3 to Ronald McDonald House Charities® Hong Kong through the designated donation banner from January 27 to April 20, 2026 (on or before 11:59p.m.).
2. The Prize will be allocated through a designated sequence. Winners shall be selected based on their position in that sequence. The allocation process shall be monitored by an independent auditor. McDonald's makes no guarantee that every eligible participant can be awarded with the Prize.
3. Each eligible participant has unlimited chances to join but can only win one Prize.
4. All donations are non-refundable.
5. All donation proceeds, after deduction of necessary costs, will be donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities Hong Kong.
6. In case of any dispute, McDonald's has the right of final decision. All time and sorting sequence are subject to McDonald's system.
7. McDonald's, i.e. MHK Restaurants Limited (a McDonald's franchised business), reserves the right to cancel or revise these Terms and Conditions without further notice.
8. In case of conflicts between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Winner Announcement

1. The results will be communicated to the winners via email on or before May 8, 2026.
2. The prizes will be arranged for collection or delivery within 14 business days after the notification. Specific arrangements will be provided in the winner notification. In the event that a winner cannot be successfully contacted or their identity verified, McDonald's Hong Kong will arrange for an alternate winner to be selected.

Disruptions and Disputes

1. Participants shall not make any claims or take legal action against McDonald's Hong Kong for any communication system failures, interruptions, delays, or other issues encountered during the event.
2. If this activity needs to be stopped due to instructions from government and/or local authorities or to be suspended due to serious network attacks or system failures, this game may not be able to proceed as planned.  This is regarded as force majeure. McDonald’s Hong Kong shall not be held liable for any damage loss or dispute resulting from force majeure.

Fraud and Compliance

McDonald's Hong Kong reserves the right to disqualify and terminate any participant suspected of fraudulent activities or violating the terms and conditions.

Rules for Prize

1. Prizes cannot be transferred, altered, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
2. The Prize cannot be transferred, otherwise will be rescinded.
3. Participants must observe and comply with the laws of Hong Kong and instructions of the Event organizer, respect themselves and others, pay attention to personal safety.

Final Decision and Disputes

In case of any disputes, McDonald's Hong Kong reserves the final decision.
